How can a large villa become a home defined by comfort, privacy, and beauty every day?

A single-family villa, with a lake on one side and the sea on the other, a swimming pool in front and a park all around. 800 m² in the shade for four people. This architectural design project interprets domestic scale through space, light, and its relationship with the surrounding landscape.
A cantilevered staircase connects the four floors. A vertical partition acts as a unifying element.
A concealed wall opens silently, absorbing the arrival of the car within its volume. The garage welcomes it among tree trunks whose vertical presence forms the backdrop to the attic above.
Above, in front of the rooms on the upper floor, unexpected vegetation emerges through openings in the floor. A renovation project conceived with attention to elegance, proportion, and spatial continuity.
