How can an ophthalmology clinic turn the act of seeing into a spatial experience?
The project begins with the idea of translating vision itself into architecture. Reflective surfaces, transparency, dark volumes and textured walls create a sequence of perspectives that continuously expand and alter the perception of space. Light becomes a design tool, guiding movement, emphasizing depth and connecting different environments. Even the outdoor garden becomes part of the narrative, conceived as a small installation dedicated to sight and perception. The result is a rigorous and functional medical practice that uses architecture to interpret the very subject at the heart of its work: seeing.
