How can we give an institutional identity to a simple apartment that was previously used as a residence?

From the entrance, we created an immersive experience: the walls, ceiling, and floor are uniform in color, while stucco on the walls conceals doors and closets. The kitchenette is hidden behind the reception area, transforming into the headboard of a wall thanks to antique stucco reinterpreted in black. From this, a suspended meeting table seems to dissolve thanks to its reflective surface.
